## 1. SvelteKit Project Scaffolding

- [x] 1.1 Run `npx sv create --types ts --template minimal` to scaffold the project
|

- [x] 1.2 Install project dependencies with `npm install`

- [x] 1.3 Verify `svelte.config.js` contains adapter-auto configuration
